“It was my first time in Paris and wanted my time to be special and memorable. My experience at the Novotel was everything I wanted it to be. The receptionist who checked me in was very sweet and the bar staff were lovely. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. The room was beautiful and very cozy. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend to my friends and family if they are visiting Paris. The location was great too.”

“We stayed here for only a single night at the end of May when the major heat wave hit Paris. Unfortunately the A/C was broken and it made the entire hotel (lounge, rooms, etc.) very warm. After a single night of uncomfortable sleep, we asked if we would be able to be transferred to a different hotel as they were not confident if the A/C would be fixed. Hugo went out of his way and found us a room at a partner hotel for our remaining nights in Paris (with working A/C), and got us a taxi transfer as well. So while the hotel itself was unfortunately not great due to the A/C issue, the service was fantastic. Location and hotel itself is also great (as long as A/C is working and not a crazy heat wave)”

Breakfast was another highlight of our stay and is an absolute must-try. The spread offered excellent variety, quality products, and something for everyone. It was the perfect way to start each morning in Paris. They even had a magician to entertain both guests and kids. The first I've seen in 40 years of staying in hotels. The housekeeping team also deserves special recognition. Our room was cleaned impeccably every single day, and the attention to detail was consistently excellent. We truly could not fault the housekeeping standards throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel delivers outstanding hospitality through its people, service, cleanliness, and warm atmosphere. A memorable Paris experience, and we would gladly return again.”

“Decent, comfortable hotel. Rooms are spacious for Paris. Large, comfortable bed. Shower is okay, low water pressure and temperature doesn't get very warm. Good breakfast with a large selection.”

“We had a great time. The location is very convenient as it is beside the metro station. Loved the restaurant - breakfast is good and people were very welcoming particularly Maria who talked to us during the breakfast service. She asked how was the service because the resto was very busy time. My hubby and myself super appreciated the gesture.”
